Yesterday , was a wonderful day for me untill this undesired thing hapen to me!!!

Yesterday evening was about 6.30pm , when i and my rOOmmate ( staying in AMANAH APARTMENT, UNITEN BANGI) decided to go for a football game after nearly 1month the sem started. Before leaving the room all doors and pad locks are locked.

7.20pm, returned to room saw my room main door opened , my room door opened, all my things in it was ransacked,

damn!!! i left my , 3 phones in the room , nokia music express 5800(black), sony ericsson x8(white), iphone 4(black) ...my wallet with cash rm700.....all my hdd stock which keep in the cupboard aso tey sapu.....3.5 seagate barracuda 1tb SV35.5 (6UNITS), (SEAGATE BARRACUDA 7200.11 1.5 TB 5UNITS), x5 SATA ENCLOSURE 12UNITS,.......ALL THOSE MUMFCK IDOITS TOOK AWAY JUST IN 30MINUTES....

my rummate lost is wallet and his both phones too...

the most shocking part is the THE MAIN DOOR IS NOT BROKEN, MY ROOM DOOR IS NOT BROKEN which means that they have entered easily to my room using the keys which i belive have been duplicated by the people who had been staying here previously...

besides there is an average 5 thefts cases weekly in UNITEN BANGI!

the problem is that, more then 100 complaints are sent to the management of uniten accommodation department regarding this issue and what they did is just 1 CCTV camera at main gate and 1 OUTSIDE the block! IS THIS ENOUGH????!!!!

Every sem increase the rent! !!! Besides they are unable to bear electricity bill, they introduced the prepaid system where we need to top it by credits and use it.......

atleast it wud be betar if they show some concern of this pecah masuk issue and try to sumthng for it....

Why cant they change the door locking system into pad locks type and door knob lock type? It is well known from the begining that this apartments will be rent by many students and they might come bck here....they have been using the same keys for 10years and besides 1 keys can open more then 5 houses! shit!


the whole day was ruinned and im jammed thinkin how to cover back all my losts......however police report was made and few finger prints was noticed and was sent to bukit aman for verification purpose.


Guys here if have noticed any offers on the hdd or the phones pls do give me infos........thanks

pls provide all the phone imei and the HDD serial number....so we know its your item when someone trying to sale it cheap.....btw are you into movie collectors? coz those size of HDD are normally for hardcore downloader hehehe..

i did take extra precautions bro....my laptops i locked in traviling bag they dint managed to brake it and cudnt take it away too coz its tooo big,....and for my phones wallet i kept it and bickut tin and locked it in my cupboard wit SOLEX!!!!

TEY GET INTO EVERY INCH OF MY ROOM! EVEN I LEFT MY ROOM WITH RUNNIG FAN AND LIGHTS!!

ALL THIS HAPENED JUST IN 30MINUTES COZ IT SEEMS MY GF TRIED CALL ME @ 7PM BUT ALL MY 3 PHONES ALREADY SWITCHED of!

I DO WANT TO PUT PAD LOCK AT MY HOUSE MAIN DOOR! BUT MANAGEMENT WILL ISSUE ME A SUMMON FOR VENDELISING THE DOOR AND EQUIPMENTS

I feel u man. Been to UnITEN last 3 month and think that itbwas a cool place. Anyway, u cant do anything about it now. And what u can do is Rage at Uniten to take more responsibility about this. Who know, maybe the pak guard did all this. I mean MAYBE.

ya bro... cry.gif ...............all my things i bought with my own worked money which i start to save 3 years back.....i dont cheat any1 and i earn cash through my own efforts and hard work.......if i buy my thing with my parents money or others money then its different but its all ....arrr i dun la wat to say WHY PEOPLE NOWDAYS SO STUPID ...WHY TEY CANT EARN THEMSELF ???? Oh my G! all the stock u have>? sigh...actually all Uni area is fill with this kind of SH!T...if budget is allow...better move out...still remember last time when i am student...my house kena twice in a week...6 times in a sem...luckily i dun have all the canggih thing...poor my housemate...

since you reply nicely i gip you a tip... no.... 2 tips...

first do like what i did... i changed the tombol - juz go to hardware store buy new one - discard the old - thus whoever have
duplicates now cannot use it

2nd set a trap... - we had the same problem back then when i were in MMU. This guy also use the time we went for sport to steal
how u set a trap it's depend on you and your surrounding - plus it's beat the purpose of 'trap' if i tell you here

but in our case - we did get the thief and trust me - at that time - the last person you wanna be is sthe thief
