i don't think so. i even disabled the BLN stuff bu it still happens. at first 24 hours it was great. then this morning it starts to hang and reboot. i also installed the free juice defender.

I think that's the one causing you problems? It could have killed some process in the background that caused instability to your phone.

Man it takes for every to finish download CM7. Finally downloaded it after 3 hours. Those who having issues download can try my link on my siggy. I uploaded via Multiupload so you guys will have more choices smile.gif

How's your CM7? I feel it is smooth like baby butt. Just that it is hard to 'revive' the phone after it goes deep sleep. After using SetCPU to modify the screen off, works better it seems.

thx niceragi for the multiupload, its been awhile since u pop up here.

p/s: siyah kernal beta 2 is available in xda~

Wanted to ask, on the Touch x-power + ROM KI8, the kernel is the same as the default Samsung one is it?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...&postcount=1472

I would like to know if I can run my Tegrak straight over the default kernel in the ROM? Does it support SetCPU? If I replace with the Siyah Kernel, i can immediately install SetCPU and overclock and undervolt right?

Thanks to whoever replies smile.gif

Don't install it as per normal application. Copy it into /system/apk and set the permissions as other apps.

Alphabetical sorting works for me only that the apps organization are not proper... so some pages in app drawers having an empty slot. doh.gif

The system doesn't allow me to change the permission as is Read Only file...
I'm using Root Explorer to move and unable to change the permission for this lcdtest.apk... cry.gif
