I think Little Ice meant to synch all our tracks together. There might be some latencies when we collate all instruments onto a single track (even if we record at the same exact tempo). When we have the final track we can proceed with synching it to the video track that you guys prepared (up to you whether you recorded the audio first then video later, or do it altogether). Both will be edited anyway for the final AMV.

if you want to check the original track, i've already done it, and uploaded a version in my previous post which you can simply import to DAW, set tempo to 148.15bpm (with warping totally disabled), and it'll sync perfectly to the metronome. i used the audio track extracted from official MV, at least i know it is the official version. unless you have the original CD track, downloading any versions off google won't guarantee the mp3 wasn't being tampered, at least for this song which appear to have some versions edited by God knows who. i downloaded a version found via google and it was a disaster. if you have original CD track, you can try check if it's synced to 148.15bpm.

or, the best way is simply use your current recorded track, and we'll all record based on 148bpm. there has to be only one version, and everybody will follow that one and only version. we can't have 2 leaders in a team or else it'll only make us all confuse.

here's a midi http://www.mediafire.com/?u37p2v7t3ma1035 it is set to 148bpm, no decimals
*

There seems to be alot of confusion on which track that will be used as baseline. Since Little Ice, Deadfrog and Me agreed on 148bpm, we will use the midi version as our reference track.

The midi can be downloaded here: http://www.mediafire.com/?u37p2v7t3ma1035

or If you are having trouble using the midi file, I have converted the same file into a wav file:
http://www.mediafire.com/?lrxvxj70vv7l486

Please re-record your respective tracks ASAP (preferably over the long weekend). And send me the final track (only your track minus the midi, plus the video track if you have done it) latest by Wednesday, Dec. 14. Hoping for your utmost cooperation. Thanks guys.

for the meantime, i'll be cheering you all next friday. good luck!

Well I don't mind if this is what you wanted to appear in the amv but the video is kinda low quality, taken using a handphone?

Can you share me the audio track too? Thanks.

in YT, sound isn't always everything. Sound is a great factor as well but visual appeal is the other huge fraction. I can't recall how many times i've seen comments lol @ videos with 240p.

I'm still encouraging you to invest in a better camera... if thinking about continuing to do future covers of course.
