they won't be worry about that because:
1. different button layout
2. different camera position
3. there's no any sign/word that have the letter "sony“ in it, or neither was "xperia"

sony can do nothing about that

RRP is 599, expect to be lower than that.
i saw at kota kinabalu 3s center selling 559,
and their member price is slightly below 500

well... if you're into gaming then better off with another phone (dual core at least)
but,
if you just want an android phone, and you're okay with only gingerbread, i think it perform quite OK.
dual sim dual standby, WVGA screen, and 3g video call support, not to mention gps and wifi capability, plus, a 1600mAh battery matched with 650MHz processor, think about the battery life you'll get.
For comparison, the Mi357: same chipset apart from the smaller screen and smaller ram size, it's battery life was quite good, 1400mAh, and 2 sim cards standing by can last almost 2 days (with moderate usage)

Do anyone know which gps that do not require network connection and it is supported by stock mi300? I downloaded few apps is either not supported or require network connection (i do not have data plan). Thank you.

use papago m5 the old version...

but the maps can be updated accordyingly to the latest map..

sorry i have no access in the office
care to share the model ?

connec the phone to pc using the usb ablce
then a window will pop p to install phone driver so that the pc can detect the phone.
once installation is done,u should be able to see your sd car in window explorer.
jsut copy the files into the sdcard.
remove and unplug the phone from pc.
using the phone ,and use file explorer to find the app file and install
the rest shoud follow instrauction on how to install from the app.
