fantastic episode, they spent half of the episode for the epic battle scene and it wasn't boring at all, read the LN, knew what will happen but i still enjoyed the battle =D and of course, the amazing music by yuki kajiura

when they died, some penalty will be given to them, and one of it that was mentioned was that the skill reduction, basically like your one handed sword from 980 goes back to 979 or something like that(its not confirmed if it's just one level, but i think its higher as when the last Salamander that attack Leafa in the beginning said he would not prefer to die as he almost maxed his magic skill level)

Leafa just mentioned a small part in the anime that u might have missed it in this episode, that the dark attribute self destruct magic is really powerful, but the penalty given is definitely much worse than from normal death. Not to mention that the dark magic skill level required to use that spell is damn high(i mean, really high). So i dont think many people will really just waste tons of their times increasing dark magic skill just so that they can get one time use high level explosion.

hi ppl just wanna ask whether the anime will progress all the way into Arc 3 (Gun Gale Online Arc) since If they end the anime with only SAO Arc (Arc 1) then expect a cliffhanger ending for the ALO Arc at the final episode.

GGO is a continuation of ALO time wise, but not plot wise directly. I would rather they just make a 3 episode ova on GGO, and a movie for Laughing Coffin Crusade
