Thing doesn't work this way. I asked the lawyer firm agent when i signed S&P at KP sales gallery, she said it needs 2 weeks to process the whole thing so effective date should be after 2 weeks. After that my fren went to sign in end of Oct, lawyer firm agent said need to wait all buyer sign the s&p, once all s&p signed then only will send for stamping...so the effective date will be after the document is stamped which is no idea when it will happen...

Since developer seem to be forced by the buyer to proceed with the s&p... Not surprised that they going to drag it another few months since so many "loan rejection" units..... Every 1 drag a month also take years.... Lo..... Really no idea when get it move..... Haiz

Bear in mind this project will take more then 3 years to complete. The developer will drag you to sign S&P.
Koi Kinrara also have this problem before!!!1

Do remember the show unit case which they drag few months to deliver the show unit. not surprise it happen on s&p... which so many loan rejected unit dono when they can make it move. I don't believe they r those developer will proceed with the promise they made.

insider source so far confirm take up unit only simple reach 40%.. The developer at less needs 70% sales off before can run the project..
Still long time to go..

Anyone mind to share the price for Block B now? Is the 10% disc still available?
Went to see their showroom earlier, 1055sq look quite big for my small family, think to book one unit.
Anyway, is the showroom their actual size on its build up according to the actual unit or they simply build a bigger on the showroom now? Any SA here for koi prima, can comments?
