I booked a unit from D'Aman but i also dislike the way the agent of D'Aman shoot KP... if KP sells well will be good for D'Aman also, and vice versa... can bring up the price for that area in the future... now Taman Mas still so sad...

is the D'Aman and KP is under same developer? my friend told me is under two boss.

funny because hardly to compare... just like honda vs toyota vs nissan ...

some may like A, some may B or C, just buy what u like.

for me, D'aman is more expensive, smaller. (DA 1076sqft is more exp than KP 1098spft)
i prefer KP design, with a big garden in front, my unit level with hanging garden, corner unit...

and 1 factor is, when i went to D'aman sales office, the stupid agent make me dulan.
with a very unprofessional attitude, she did introduce me the showroom well, but when i ask for the facilities, price, and more information, what she answered were: "not confirmed yet", "dun know" etc.
WTF? Price also dun know how can i make a booking?? at least give me a price range, but she didn't.

i booked KP and at the same time my best fren booked D'aman.

that's y i said, buy what you like...

Added on September 25, 2012, 12:37 ami heard from my friends that we can check withd developer that is this project entitle to DIBS ( not sure, something like interest free before construction completed on 2015? ). and did anyone can advice is that any panel bank that does not have lock in period???

Aurora much nicer. But diff location compare to D'Aman and KP, both surrounded each other at Tmn Mas Puchong.

If same price fr 3 above. I would say go for Aurora. For both DA and KP, I still prefer KP biz the land is larger and much potential compare to DA.

Seems, early Block B of KP buyers would be very glad since now everything also above RM 400k.
