Yup..there is a small road behind the buildings, called Jln Jurutera. The road is located right beside Sg Kelang. Got river view along the ride.
The lane is narrow, only one lane each direction and a number of bumps towards the kg area.
Drivers need to be alert as some helmet-less riders are using the road.
So, has to drive slow.

The road can lead to industrial area until Lakeside and exit to KWSP/Tesco.
If one tries that road again during peak hour, it will take more than 15 mins to reach IOI mall....
(I use that road often, but not that deep end until Koi)

Taken last Friday afternoon...

Now they are launching another Koi next to Koi Prima. Koi all around Malaysia

which Koi is that?
Koi Prima has actually 5 blocks... 1st phase only 2 blocks completed...

ohh its actually one of the five blocks, should be Block E but now it became a separated development with its own facilities. It's very low entry at this phase now.

oh... didnt know that... but last week i saw they already building the frame for the link bridge to block E...

any update regarding the quality of Koi Prima?
anyone looking at Koi Suite over here?

the basketball court and tennis court only for tennats? the park is full with outsiders.

how about basketball & tennis court? is it only for residents?

Pls check with management. If not mistaken you need to pay some fees.

Hi, today is year 2016 d.

Koi prima block a n b d completed with block c n d are constructing. At the same time, koi suite is going to launch soon with the location beside block d.

So i am asking here the advice fr u all.

I'm a first time buyer and buying for own stay. And I found this would suit my budget which is below 450k.

So is Taman Mas worst? I checked it out on google map and saw a surau there, so is noisy when they praying? Is the title under Sepang/denggil? It would affect the property value? On the way fr Taman Tasik Prima going in to Koi Prima jam or not?

actually where is the surau you are talking about? I went there a couple of times dont see the surau also...

depend on own preference i would say... if the location and price is fine with you, then go ahead... Taman Mas is under Sepang... but still under puchong vicinity... for now, from tasik prima to taman mas no jam la... next time when X2, Koi Prima, D'Aman residence etc all occupied then could be different story...i suggest you to drive there a few times to be sure...

i personally thinks Koi quality not bad for its price la... at least it looks much better than the nearby The Wharf which looks like flat, and cost more too...

went there do site survey just know, i saw at least 150 ppl there, these kids and young malay ppl playing roller at the extreme park, playing futsal, ppl lepak there also got, and the illegal street vendor are selling food and toys along the walkway.
