Went to the showroom today, Koi Prima - Phase 2 is selling for RM570k+ before discount. Does it worth that price for leasehold? Still thinking before I throw my deposit.

No need to pay 10%, some more you get 20k upon VP.

Still need to pay stamp duties and booking fees.

Lights are on now during the night.. Gonna vp soon?
