I doubt can reach that price in 2015. With that price people will consider of getting landed property such as in Putra Impiana (currently RM800k++ for 2.5 storey 20x65)

900k for a condo will be a joke.

I estimate it will only reach around 550k-600k by the time it completed and will be got the price but no market.

There is plenty of choice nearby koi prima, both landed or high rise and also undeveloped land in this area

That's true. My best bet also around 500K++ the most, matching the block C and D price. biggrin.gif

Too many high-rise VP-ed in KV during 2015 and 2016. Plenty of choice, but sub-sale market still not certain during that time.

Guys,

Anyone have any idea what the empty land behind Koi Prima gonna build? I saw there are new roads ready on the empty land and a small Hindu temple but unsure what gonna build on it.

Hi everyone. Would like to know if it is true that there is no downpayment required for this project. Really?

Plus what is the price of the units?

I called one agent.. he said no need downpayment... got 20k rebate etc... but he claimed that the property price is 500k plus. After rebate and all it will 475k or something. But loan amount will be around 500k.. so i am not sure..

Any existing owner care to explain.

Generally you need to pay 10% but this downpayment was lump sum into your loan. So what you need to pay is just booking fee of xxx amount.

Its helpful for those first time buyer who unable to take out so many cash to buy a new house and cant afford most of the highrise in other area, which easily RM 500 or RM 600 psf onwards.

Btw, u can always opt for lower loan if u capable to pay higher downpayment.

Just like what Chris replied, if you can fork out the down payment of xxx amount then you might opt for less loan. But I'd suggest to keep the $$$ even if you cash on hand. This is the facility/offer given, why not take it? Cheers mate. smile.gif

At last week i was bring my friend to view the Aurora residence show room that build by masteron. I take the chance to RPG as potential buyer of Koi Prima and asking phase 1 (block A and B) completion date, the agent is keep "promise" and emphasize it will be June 2015

Completion and get key could be different, they can complete in June but get key in Aug-Sep.

For some project it can even delay til half year pending some approval from certain jabatan(sometimes kopi makes a diff here) smile.gif
