Hey guys. I would like to buy this property. Is it worth buying? I am working at Puchong. Need your opinion or who stay nearby can advise me the environment over there?

thanks talkmore for the pics... any pics for the units inside? any major defects?

also, anyone know what brand of lifts koi prima is using?
Koi Kinrara uses Dover and it was mentioned to always break down and ppl trapped inside...

Koi Prima still using Dover... Lol..

My current apartment also using dover lifts. Touch wood. Stay for so many years and never trap inside..the lifts just fine. Sometimes it depends on your luck

thanks for the info... my current office got 2 wings... west wing uses Dover and east wing uses Mitsubishi...

i hate using dover lift, its very slow in going floor to floor and slow in opening/closing door... 4 levels some times takes more than 10 mins including waiting time...

Mitsu lift on the other hand avg takes less than half the time... mostly due to the setup as well... Mitsu lifts here got 2 lifts, 1 will always be at ground floor when idling... the other will be at mid floors when idling... so each will fetch from the nearest floor... so both lifts go up and down at different time...
Dover lifts at my office doesnt have this function... sometimes you see both lifts idle at the same floor... so both always have high chance of going up/down at the same time...

not sure if Koi Dover lift have this function...

Maybe your office lifts are not maintained by dover. I mean management maybe outsource to third party. I went to koi prima last week. The facilities floor looks nice
