It was caused by the powersaving feature on amd gpu... altho sometimes i get that driver not responding shiets but it never go into BSOD. maybe because i disable auto restart when system failure? My ATi if went wrong, it will always BSOD, never it goes to driver not responding

My Computer - Properties - Advanced system settings - Settings (Performance) - Advanced - Change - Auto or Manual and set around 512MB..
