I'm not trying to run away or anything. Right now i have to go outside working here find money to do refund here. That home office just rented, company already closed, everything have to clear there. Just ask friend help me clean since i can't back on work.

Once again, what can said is thousand apologize to you all here. But i really wish to do refund, right now everything 'kong', apologize that i can't give promise when will settle. But got how much, i will do refund again and again. I need go to cimb cash deposit here now to above 2 userid buyers there.

I still remember there is a Con case which involve a culprit name Ting Seng Hui.... what happen in the end.... Quiet down already.... Why I should ask?

It is because victims themself sometimes are not dedicated enough to get the job done, most of them give up half way due to discouragement.

May I suggest that all victims should gather at one place, held a serious meeting/briefing, get to know each others, collects evidence, then all go and make police report at same Police station. This will be more effective as compared to individually making police report as Teaming up builds more courage to do the right thing.

Elect a person to take charge of monitoring the case. Hell!!!! if all victims already gather, put in a little bit of fund lar, RM10 / RM20 a person gather the fund hire Private Investigator or someone to monitor or oversee the whole operation.

If really DEDICATED, AND I MEAN DEDICATED to see this kind of Conman get what he deserve, really there is not shortcut unless you just want to let it go....

I was once CONNED by my OWN business partner for RM40k, the feeling of getting con is very shitty one i know.....  ONE advised guys, Perseverance!!!!

Not sure, if report to Suruhanjaya Komunikasi is good idea or not. Some buyers want to report MCMC. Maybe "Lelong" website got suspend if Suruhanjaya take action. Might effect other seller.

I know your problem and understanding you very busy now.  May I have my phone (Huawei U8800 IDEOS) back than I can send to warranty center myself, I thing the phone order from China or Malaysia also is Huawei Brand , there should be can accept for warranty.
