I'm a developer. I'm on iOS 5 since beta 1. When you guys update to iOS 5 tomorrow, first thing go and setup iCloud first. You'll get an email @me.com before someone take the name you wanted.

I see, thanks for the clarification. But i managed to sign in currently using my apple id. Do i need to sign up another @me.com email for icloud?

When you setup iCloud later, you can setup using your existing account, but they will give you an email address @me.com which is part of iCloud.

If I remember correctly iOS 4 was only available after 1am. If the trend remains, it will be 1am tomorrow.
