i tried 5 times downloading ios5 using itunes, everytime it stuck half way and the computer jammed and i reset my PC. wasted so much time!!!!

brother, cannot. before i started update & restore, i right-clicked the icon to back-up. Apps were not backed-up?

erm... i didnt synchorize. everytime i try click synchronize, it said "Are u sure that u want to synchronize? All apps on the ipad will be replaced by the apps in the library."

but, i never see any app in the library before.

i took me 10mins only

for the contacts, if i right-clicked and back-up, contacts will be backed-up together with setting? in case next time i will do this again.

Could TS make a step by step guides for this update on the 1st page?

So that everything is concluded and it will be helpful to other forumers who may have not updated.

This makes sure that they wont lose their contacts, apps, media files and so on.

We don't have to waste so much time answering the same question(s) for so many times as well ll.
