Anyone receive your new card in this few weeks (start from mid of Aug)?
My agent told me my card is approved last 2 weeks but the card may not ready until END of this MONTH  He said there is error in the system and all july to sept applicant is affected. Just received my card today, guess i will only spend 1600 for 650 rebate haha.. Either card hit 1600 right?
