Is a good unit face the lake.. But after consideration, give up houses in rawang...

Why cancel? is good for own stay what...

Cause after consider, still prefer stay in big town, might buy houses at Mont Kiara...
Rawang still not so convenience...

Hi anyone, I m buying my first property and been looking T park land , it seems not bad! However I m just concerned the landslide around that area. As i know, landslide happened back on 2009.
Any comments ???

+Aug 29 2012, 01:19 AM-->Landslide might not be the first worry for the T-Parklanders, the nearby semi-D and bungalow ppl will be more worry on that. And those houses already selling at 1-2million MYR.
Location wise, T-Parkland is further away from the hills and it's surrounded by houses nearby.

You should be worry, if Melawati or Bukit Antarabangsa area.

I suppose you guys are aware a lot of issues affecting owners of

how much u bought?? The structure is there and externa facade almost complete, imo may vacant end of this year as the units fully furnished...this projct really a steal as got 2 car parks, and fully furnished with big built up unlike many shoeboxes elsewhere..and of course got upcoming project coming up nearby which will drive the prices up
