Just cancel booking for unit at 16th floor, only can get back $1500...
Is a good unit face the lake.. But after consideration, give up houses in rawang...

Cause after consider, still prefer stay in big town, might buy houses at Mont Kiara...

Hi anyone, I m buying my first property and been looking T park land , it seems not bad! However I m just concerned the landslide around that area. As i know, landslide happened back on 2009.
Any comments ???

how frequent u heard landslide in that area? if you compare to Melawati area which include bukit antarabangsa, which area u heard more landslide? just my opinion.

Landslide might not be the first worry for the T-Parklanders, the nearby semi-D and bungalow ppl will be more worry on that. And those houses already selling at 1-2million MYR.
Location wise, T-Parkland is further away from the hills and it's surrounded by houses nearby.

You should be worry, if Melawati or Bukit Antarabangsa area.

ATtENTION OWNERS OF T-PARK Land.

I suppose you guys are aware a lot of issues affecting owners of
condominiums either in the media or through friends. Owners need
to be grouped together and discuss issues affecting the property and
the residents. How do we do it?

We can start with a T-Parkland owners pro tem committee. To kick star this committee
I would offer my service as the co ordinator for this project.

To assist me I need the contacts of the owners so that a meeting can
be scheduled to discuss further details.


Do provide the following:-

1. Name:
2. e-mail:
3. Handphone No:

Sent these details to my personal email: Kuan@unifi.my

I do not have any agenda except to ensure owners are not shortchanged.

how much u bought?? The structure is there and externa facade almost complete, imo may vacant end of this year as the units fully furnished...this projct really a steal as got 2 car parks, and fully furnished with big built up unlike many shoeboxes elsewhere..and of course got upcoming project coming up nearby which will drive the prices up
