i booked a unit @ t-parkland and supposedly a neighbor also.
yet unfortunately my loan got rejected due to over commitment.
therefore i won't be able to proceed.

however, i was thinking if any of your friends or relative is interested in the project, please do consider this unit i booked.

it's the lake view, hi flr N-lot. if there is anyone interested, i can just transfer the say unit without having to pay more as i heard the developer has the price adjusted for the balance unit.

In light of the recent earth quake in Indonesia and its vibrations felt all around, is this building vibration/shake proof?

Better be worried for all the existing building in PJ, Sri Petaling, Mt Kiara and area within the middle of the KL valley.

T-Parkland geographically lucky, it's further outwards from the frequent reported tremors in building closer to the centre of the KL valley.

So far any building felt the vibration in Selayang/Rawang?
