Anyone knows about the "TWO" project in Rawang status? Is it still going on or is abandoned already?

Recently saw some posts for MR2 units are selling. But their selling price higher alot than MR1. I am a bit confuse why MR2 selling price is higher than MR1? Is there any better sell point at MR2??

No surprising in current bad market! I heard someone even selling 430k for phase 1 18 x 70!! Really unreasonable sold with losing money. Should be someone bought too many units and burnt the hand ...

Anyway if you got holding power just hold it, it seems getting a lot shops are opening soon at m residence shops. I saw high class cafe restaurant, clinic, hardware shop, 99 marts, wedding shop, pet shop and etc .. Next 1-2 years capital appreciation will be getting higher and higher for landed freehold house.
