Lowyat Group mentioned that Bandar Tasik Puteri township is matured enough for further commercial activities, probably because of the BTP interchange. They are in talk with universities and malls and they will announce once firmed. PETRONAS already up, Caltex and Shell will be next as they have already acquired the land beside BTP grand entrance. Lowyat has also started G&G and clubhouse concept in BTP, their first currently is Acasia.

Recently in newspaper, an owner of 3mil landed house got bad leaking problems. She did not submit claim during warranty period, so developer don't want to fix. Eventually she went through court and she managed to get compensation after she fixed those on her own.

Good location, within KL area... my parent bought a hse at sg buaya rawang 20 yrs ago (when I was 7), selling price back then was RM120k, landed also.. but now the whole area like dead silent.

Sg Buaya 1st phase was built in 1996. They were promised interchange at PLUS for easy access once the entire township completed. However during economic recess in 1997-1998, the developer halted and township become half-constructed (the developer actually went bankrupt in 2009). That's why it becomes dead silent. But the land beside the Sg Buaya interchange itself has high potential if a new township is developed there. Heard that its owned by WCT (Bukit Tinggi, Klang developer).

low cost apartments has been in their plan before (marked as future residence), which supposed to be beside Ph1 and Ph4. That's why the area is being cleared. But now seems they want to extend to shoplex area. Pretty narrow space there though...

i think the SA meant BRT in BTP, not MRT.

I think because commercial activities in that area is not encouraging. The commercial activities for this side of Rawang (Emerald/Anggun) will focus at AEON area, while BTP already have its own commercial centre. So not many would go further 2km-5km up towards jungle/forest area for necessities and leisures.

The developer, DA Land already advertised in newspaper some part of their land there (previously allocated for The Two later phases) for sale.
