Del Piero set for Juve exit
Italian legend linked with move to PSG or Arsenal

QUOTE
Alessandro Del Piero's agent has confirmed that the veteran striker could be set for a summer move away from Juventus.

Paris-Saint-Germain and Arsenal have been reportedly tracking the 37-year-old veteran forward.

And former teammate Mohammed Sissoko, who plys his trade for the French giants revealed that he would like the club's Qatari owners to buy the experienced player at the end of the current campaign.

But Del Piero's brother and agent Stefano is adamant that the Italian legend is unlikely to make a decision in the near future, despite firm interest from abroad.

Speaking on his future, Stefano Del Piero told Ilsussidiario.net: "There is no news at the moment but all the doors are open for a move away from Turin.

"There are no restrictions from our part. It all depends on what type of project a club has and what is exactly behind the proposal and the kind of football which would attract Alex, but the main interest is the project."

Difficult

Stefano Del Piero also maintained they are miles away from signing a new deal with a new club, although he hinted that the player's stay in Serie A is likely to come to an end at the end of the season.

"I think that after 20 years with Juventus and having given his availability to the club to sign a new deal since last February, it is now very difficult to remain in Italy.

"We are not close to anything, but I think it will be hard to remain in Serie A."

HT, Juve were leading by 2-0, and should've been more...and i dono how many ball possession we got in the 1st half, maybe 80% something.. flex.gif

Vuci has been the player of the half, scoring once, assisting once, hitting the post once, and keep troubling Viola defense all night long. Matri has been anonymous..
hope we could see Ale @ Quad replacing him in 2nd half.. maybe Elia also

and last but not least hopefully the team would not get complacent and score a couple more in 2nd period

FT: Fiorentina 0-5 Juventus

our biggest win of the season. And a morale boosting too considering our next 3 matches is the crucial one vs Milan, Inter & Napoli...

nice gesture there from Pirlo. And we wish Muamba speedy recovery soon

QUOTE
Juventus have dedicated all of their goals in Saturday's 5-0 Serie A victory over Fiorentina to Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba.

The 23-year-old collapsed to the ground against Tottenham in the sides' FA Cup quarter-final tie earlier in the evening, and has since been admitted to intensive care at the heart attack unit of the London Chest Hospital.

Midfielder Andrea Pirlo was quick to pay the Old Lady's respects towards the critically-ill player after their match: "We wanted to dedicate our goals to Bolton's player Fabrice Muamba, who is fighting for his life.

"We are all close to him and hopefully he will recover soon."

Pirlo then reflected on Juve's five-star performance against Fiorentina, and ignored suggestions the early red card shown to opposing winger Alessio Cerci was a turning point in the fixture, claiming his team were hungry for the win from the first whistle.

"Tonight we scored a lot of goals, but perhaps it was better to register a few less today and a few more in previous matches," he continued.

"We started well and we wanted to respond to the victory of AC Milan [over Parma]. Certainly the sending-off of Cerci helped us, but we were on the ball from the first minute."

Juventus remain second in the Serie A standings, four points behind leaders AC Milan.

no youtube vids...as stupid youtube always deleted every football clip whenever they can..why so serious?

anyway Vidal & Bonucci goal celebration was epic. Might be have something to do with media story of so-called brawling with both men in a club laugh.gif

Vargas have always been outstanding, other than Montolivo a while back....we did try to buy him but i think he was way out of our budget.

Crapz, torres suddenly rediscover his form under RDM.... doh.gif I don't think we can buy him at the end of the season now.

Matri better buck up, otherwise Marc will be our top scorer at the end of the season.

Vargas could be a possibility...much chances he's leaving if Fiorentina get relegated to serie b..

Torres? Well it depend if we can clinch UCL spot...but i think Torres might be out of our reach..even if he doesn't rediscover his goalscoring touch i doubt Chelsea would let their 50M man leave for a bargain price

JoJo & Cerci? I prefer JoJo and Vargas. But to badd jovetic seems to be injured more than he play..like Pato for Milan. So signing him could be a gamble sweat.gif

Vargas is lazy(most of the time) and he lacks discipline, though i admit that both of his attacking and defending skill are world class, while JoJo is a gamble that Juve should make(just like Mutu).
