Hi Sanik..

Time to change your Mazda 3 Toyos ah..

I also same dillema....but I am leaning towards GY F1 Asy 2. I think the better fit would be 225/45 rather than 215/45.
*
Hi gladfly..

the maximum rim can go is 225 (but nor recommended), so everyone advice to 215 only.

Hmm is that so..? because IMHO 225/45 would be the closest in terms of spedometer diff- 0.397% too fast and a diameter diff of 0.4%.

If use 215/45 the difference is more pronounced - spedo diff 1.868% too fast and diameter diff 1.84%

Any reasons why 225/45 not recommended ah?

my opinion ar..use 55 series better lor.price more expensive but since our road got many hole, better protection for the rim la alt is only a bit difference in height.50 series will look good if u use lowering springs.

Wah bro, Dunlop SP sport LM703 totally doesnt work for my civic FD, I've used it before 215/45/17, dry condition is quite silent but when its wet, OMGosh, u can only travel 80 and below. more than that tyres spin like shit...RM800 is quite expensive for it leh, I got my size in klang for ard 265 at H20, unless i bought fake tyres
Really...javascript:emoticon(':stars:') oh man..than i had to get in for wet test...thanks for the info bro.
