Yes, absolutely.
Even if you recorded it from cinema with a camcorder to be played with a pendrive, a Cinavia compliant player will stop the playback. The cinavia "sound" can even be captured through the microphone.

As of 1st February 2012, Cinavia Compliance is mandatory for BDA certification as well as anything that carries the AACS licensing.
ALL BD players MUST comply with AACS, else they wont boot an Original Protected Blu-Ray disc.
