Added on January 11, 2012, 10:41 ami plan to use my tab as broadband.. i tried GF celcom 8.9 Wifi tethering. On the device, speedtest is >1mbps. but using wifi tethering, speedtest on laptop only 500kbps. is this normal ? or can i use usb tethering and the speed will be faster ?
*
look at my siggy speed test result.. that one is done by tethering through my 7+ with Umobile prepaid.. actually it can goes up to 8.9Mbps when the letter beside signal bar show H+ thumbup.gif

wah..you still living in the nokia/motorola handphone era? No need to turn off phones nowadays.

The only reason to keep it off is to conserve battery. However, if you leave it on, modern smartphones only take up around 5% for whole night. Better if you leave it charging during your sleep. That way, you could have 100% battery every morning.

Just tested Tab 8.9 @ Senq outlet, navigating throughout the menu isn't a smooth experience I can say. Haven't try 7+ because there is no demo unit. On the second thought, I think I'm gonna put my money for this 7+..

just got my car tab holder 2 days ago. i attached it to the co-driver right side seat bolt. decided to use this after the windscreen suction type really quite bother my view. the tab holder build is quite strong. disadvantage is since the aluminum stand is quite long, it will goyang2, but not to the extend of bothering. quite satisfied with it smile.gif
