It would be perfect if we can use the s pen from galaxy note to jot down all the notes..anybody has tried it? Or the s pen is software/hardware dependant?

The NOTE S -Pen cannot be used on this tab or any other smartphone as is both software-=hardware proprietary of the Note

yeah, try with the s-pen, not working. i even try with htc flyer pen, also cant detect

both of the pen are specially made for their device....

Anybody have any comments to the battery life? Mine seems to be drained at a very fast rate. For example had it charged to 100%. Used for a 2 hours on and off (light browsing and FB) and its down to approximately 65%. Then overnight and it drops 10% to 55%.

Had all the settings under control (GPS off, airplane mode, minimized syncing, brightness at reasonable levels).

Read some threads on Xda and seems like calibration is required. But my understand is that it is only required is custom ROMs are involved.

Any comments?

yup drain very fast...if u compare with handphone
mine auto brightness, wifi on, bt on, gps on and phone on...slight sufring can only last 8hour

Mine, auto brightness, wifi on, bluetooth on, facebook n surfing quite intensive plus 1hr of gps usage can last me 1 day

Is it possible to transfer all the data from iphone to the tab plus?

i think the battery life is ok for a device like galaxy tab. i am attaching my battery test according to my normal usage. wifi most of the time off (only around 40 minutes on), mobile data off, bluetooth always connected to headset, game a bit, take around 10 calls, few sms & mms, and tested the gps app driving from pj to w.maju. the battery lasted around 1 day + before it reach 16% just now. here i attach the screenshot.

But at the rate that I am experiencing it is draining in just 5 hours... kinda strange...

maybe u use it intensively bro? i know i drain mine fast when focused on playing games for 2 hours straight. might be the case that an app probably is eating up the battery

Actually mine weren't intensively used at all. Just light surfing and FB. I do have my email Exchange synced but that typically doesn't impact the battery adversely.
