I have the same experience. But with bigger drill bit size.

Using smaller size Drill bit can be drill on concrete. Slower.

Got some inside information that some of the bosch product will be transfer back here making. Plant is in Penang island. Some from mexico and china.

I not sure. Been long time never go in there. After some transfer out to China. Heard some will coming back and plan to setup the line.

Learn from mistake lor. Drill wall wont get that precise 1. It is after drill and mount, how you correct the level, adjust here and there. I mean solving the problem is important.

Use a nail to punck a pilot hole. Than use small drill bit to drill first. Just less than half depth is enough. Than change to the desire drill bit and drill all the way. It is troublesome abit. But give you better accuracy for beginner.

After you mark the hole, have you check it out with the frame before drill?

Actually you still can repair and use the hole. There is a way to solve such problem.

Here, how to repair and use back the hole. No need buy wall plug. Just get some waste wood will do.

You wait for him hang his TV. Maybe whole wall will fall down.

Don't use wooden wall plug. Cause the plug have a hole in the center. The screw can't offset if a hole in the center. Just search your side got some contractor throw some unused wood or waste wood. You need small portion only.

If you drill the hole to 10mm size, than chip off the wood slightly bigger than 10mm. Hammer the wood into the hole. Chip off the extra protrude out. Hang back your frame. Now the wood is flat with the wall. Your screw can screw into any offset between the wood. Kautim.

If you drill for such a frame without experience,

1) measure and drill 1 hole first.
2) hang the frame on it.
3) Put the levelling on the frame. Once level, trace the slot with pencil.
4) Takeout the frame, and drill the remaining hole.

This give you better accurate.

Aiyah, like that better go back sleep and start again tomorrow.

The levelling look ok ma. Abit tilt only. Your TV when put on it can be do some minor adjust or not?

You can try adjust when bolt tighten that time. Don't full tighten and left some small play. Put the level and knock up/dowm to adjust.

But small level out is no big deal la. Just put on the TV and see can minor adjust or not.

You got to figure out what when wrong before start another 1.

From picture cannot see 1 la. Your wall bracket sure for 65" tv?

The wall plug only take the load of 35/4= 8.75kg/pcs. Where got heavy?

What your level gauge read? Behind bracket don't have anything to adjust?

Your floor senget is it?

If the TV long, can see the senget. Try see the bracket can adjust or not.
