I pass-by there quite often and just saw the construction start to work out recently. Hope those buyer can get their house on time. They had been stopped working on site around 2 months time. Hear some rumor that they focus on Bukit Jalil project ( The Treez) so they slightly under-look this the leafz project. Hope that this is rumor only. hope can get the key on time.

I signed the SPA since midst of last year..... almost 9 to 10 months. the construction progress damn super duper slow and worry about whether the developer can hand the key on time onot.

I guess the developer too focus on the Treez project at Bukit Jalil and lack of monitored the leafz and make the buyer worry on the timing for hand-over the house key to buyer.

the developer focus on the Treez and the Twin Arkz...... may i noe when is the completed date for this two projects? same as the leafz?

The slower is better for 90% loan borrowers. Pay lesser for interests.

I saw but the progress damn slow.... i just wondering can they hand-over the key on time onot since i been signed the SPA almost close to 1 year and i cant see any basement build up at this moment. I just hear that they focus on the project on bukit Jalil cos this year need to hand-over the key to the buyer. maybe due to the project at bukit jalil is out of the schedule, they pull out all the worker at the leafz project and work at bukit jalil project so that they can complete the task on time with more worker work on that project. This is wat i sense...... if like tat, i very scare on tat project. once the project is too rush to build out, sure a lot of things will be mistake ge..... maybe the floor not yet dry fully, they build another level up.

Nowadays, the market norm is at least RM500 psf and some of the developer can go up to RM1000 psf. is really depend on the location and

I oso hear tat. after tat, i call to them to clarify why the progress so slow for the past few months? and i want them to clarify but the person who answer the call say tat a lot of crane and lorry working even at late night. wat i wan to know whether is due to the Treez is out of the schedule and they move all the worker at the leafz and work for the treez project. u noe wat answer they give...... they cant simply transfer the workers to work there and every worker got the permit to work..... bullshit.... who duno every worker need to have the permit to work....... vmad.gif

I agree with Clement..... even the company is cash rich, wat we wan is the promise.... they got money to pay the LAD is their problem.....
