Hi, there is an on-going development of bangalow, semi-D and 3 storeys houses at the land opposite UOA Condo Resort. It is located at the top hill of the Salak South Garden, quite near to the big water tank reserve. The name is called Seri Mutiara. It seems that the construction works are not as active as before?
Something is wrong? It has been at least 2 weeks no obvious works being done...

I overheard some rumours already from few parties... Rain? but there had 1 day with no rain on daytime but no works can be seen also...hmm...

It has been few weeks + that not much works been seen in progress... and can see a v big area of water dump at the site, heard from the residents complaining of the mosquitoes attacks...

Also the area already been cleared of the wet market but not cleaned and cleared of the debris...etc...

That project site is actively begin the clearing works and pilling works... since 2 weeks time when The Leafz becomes quiet...

How well the project will do, time will tell because opposite of it is the Muslim graveyard, been hearing a lot of accident stories at that road.
Further down the road, there is another construction, is a corner shoplot, also been failing to live it, fire burnt down before, perhaps of the strong "sha qi"...
At the back of the project site is the elevated highway, if people view this site according to Feng Shui laws and principles, not recommended at all.

Maybe they are using some techniques to overcome the Yin energy from opposite (grave yard) and the "Sha Qi"Maybe from the big highway at the back...haha...

Don't see any activities being worked out... Here is another photo shootout of the water dump at the site... Heard also the developer paid the money to repaint the 2 block of flats...

Oh, that side can view better yeah... Anyway, I saw they already painted the flats, external walls... but top of the flats, I don't think so, if you look from top, still an eyesore...


Painted already... they might want to "cool down" the residents nearby due to the construction works noise, dusts, mosquitoes...

They also clearing the wet market and abandoned area...looks like they going to resurface the road and link it to the project site, so it will be used as the entrance for lorries...etc and in future, the entrance to the 3 blocks of condominium... guess...

Yes, slow until no progress...haha...been like that for 2 weeks+ +

No idea whether is abandoned totally or temporary... guess only the developer, banks & insiders will know the truth. It has been more than 2 weeks with no progress made ler... Yes, asking for financiers to disburse money, that may indicate they need the $$$ to tell contractors to resume the works???
