Let's take Grajindo's photo of the beggar... it' not the prettiest of pictures but can see what he did there.
The beggar was framed between the 2 passerby walking opposite direction with motion blur (though it'll work much better if the dood in the pic don't busybody and look at the beggar.)
The meaning is clear.
It's also unoffensive cos it doesn't reveal the identity like so many homies shots.
In your first pic... the subject from what I see is "outside food and drinks not allowed" since words are especially obvious in a composition and the sign is on the rule of thirds junction but there's nothing in the picture that goes with it.
Second pic is a kid playing with a boat on top of her head.
Third pic is a Renault Megane. It could mean something to you personally but your viewer would be at a lost.
