The issue is the merchant, Amazon JP has already charged RHB on this transaction... I emailed them before contacting RHB. They say they cannot do anything on their side to make RHB charge me.

Also the transaction is more than 6 months old, surely they won't wait that long to charge RHB?

I hardly transfer money out using PBB SA. I just tried and it failed. This error message:


Is there any other way I can transfer money out to other bank? PBB ATM/branch is not near to me. I didn’t know there’s a new implementation now.

Expire + renew can. If No expire but want switch, not sure they will accept

nevermind. Expire + switch from MC to Visa, not sure also. Only see can Renew
