Don't think can use the Alipay for Foreigners App outside China. Anyway, can use TNG wallet to pay at Alipay+ merchants in Singapore, HK, Japan etc.

Unionpay is exclusively for Unionpay Savings Account only. Not for Basic SA or other CASA.

Get an address in Sarawak then you may get the Kenyalang card.
No annual fee, no minimum balance.
Still not sure the benefits but hopefully special discounts for spendings in East Malaysia.

How to know?
Every campaign different amount, different Cashback amount.

Better spend it on the first day, LOCAL TIME (may backdate to earlier day, eg Swipe card in London at Malaysia Time 1am, 1 May the transaction date is 30 April)

Mobile line, utilities (except electricity), groceries etc.

But +1.25% is not cheap compared to other debit cards.

I don't have the answer, but...

(1) Foreign currency, not RM.
(2) Not AGODA...MY, can be AGODA...SG, ...ES etc. beyond your control.
(3) Not sure the payment will be online transaction or direct debit, because it won't be verified by PB SecureSign or OTP.
If I am not wrong, Direct debit is one of the exclusions

For the Mastercard campaign, ewallet not excluded (except S Pay Global). No need to spend at Lazada/Shopee.
