use cash better. All debit cards have a 1% conversion charge. Whatever discounts you can get will not outweigh the conversion charge, even after money changer spread if you use decent ones
Plus you need to load Ringgit into your account first anyway

There's no way you can know since this is just lucky draw right ? Not cash back
It's not uncommon for banks to exclude "manufactured spending"
But considering their large customer base , your chances of winning are slim , don't count on it
