1. Yes, provided you have enough fund in your savings/current account and it is Visa or Mastercard.
2. Use your card number, expiry date, name and CVV (for Visa or MC, 3 digit numbers at the back of debit card)
3. Make sure the card-not-present and overseas use are activated, by default it is deactivated. If Maybank you may activate online, for other banks, you may have to do it at branch with your thumbprint.

If MyDebit, posted immediately to CASA.
If via Visa/MC, it will take a few days to be posted at CASA but the available fund at CASA is already reduced.
Debit card is not a bank account, not like credit card (which is a bank account)

Credit card is a bank account, Debit card is NOT a bank account.
How to use a Debit card to Jompay?
You need to use a Bank Account such as Current Account, Saving Account or Credit Card "Account" to Jompay!
