I like ur idea ahha. Next time before engaging a contractor, just ask him to let u snap a few photos of him. If he is good, can help him to advertise but if bad, he will b on the blacklisted list.

the company name already hinting what he'll do to you...golden knife to cut throat!

hmm.. last year he told me I'm the one person for him in taman putra prima... it should be me... but never complete!!!! I appointed other contractor which quite ok for to continue and fixing my house.

and i ask him come on 2nd time for measurement...he din call me

i have heard tribunal court is super duper effective one.
eg. if they purchase faulty products, also can file.
if services rendered not up to par, also can file

was informed that cases are judge very very fast and as usual, ruling usually favours the victim (provided with sufficient proof lah).

hmm.. i didn't go for hearing. Coz that contractor does not sign the document and I can't find him at all. Called to tribunal and they said like that cannot do anything also -.-"!!!

to @Adele: when u logged a request and pay for the fees, they will provide you few set documents, print out and send the copy to the contractor, they must signed it as a evidence that they have acknowledged and required go to court for hearing.

If you have original sign document between you and contractor,time, and know people. Another method. Make police report, go to Lawyer with the police report make court case with judgment and they can even freeze their bank account. Is even better if they are using sole propitiatory company.
