silverong, if that's the case..surely all the ppl that kena sue-d will not sign the document so that they can pretend not to receive it..isnt it?

i thought we could use courier to send until their door step. when they sign for the parcel..isnt it consider evidence of the documents sent? i know PTPTN and some debt collectors use this way to collect back the money. If not..everyone will just say 'didnt receive'

i have courier it and pos office return back to me after 1 days claims that nobody in the office on few attempts. I also called to tribunal court, the admin told me must have people sign, else you can't get back the claim amount even you go to the hearing.
