I will still keep my faith in KDK fans with modulator.
Cheap and highly reliable

i go electrical shop and they intro me this Deka X9N model but i cant find this fan on their website. Anyone use this fan b4? 5 blades and 4 speed, compare with KDK 4 blades and 3 speeds one, this Deka wind is much stronger. At first went in and look at KDK and Pana one but the wind really hopeless, that's the reason i take a look at Deka...powerful wind. But the experience shared here make me think think think

Actually it might not be Deka issue. Don't too worry. I believed it is installation issue.

Fan installation is very straight forward, I've personally installed ceiling fan myself. After reading so many bad reviews from Deka, I'm going for Panasonic.

3 yrs warranty on motor only , not remote control and pcb board which are the parts that always cause issue

Bought my first Deka product - Deka Baby G ceiling fan and it failed after 2 months, still under waranty of course and technician came to fix it, change the black board shape thing. I think I should stick to Panasonic & KDK.

I have 3 Deka fans bought earlier this year. Still working great.

Get the ones minimum 4-blades ideally 5-blades. Don't get the 3-blades or fancy types that come with lights and bluetooth etc. and you will be fine.

KDK used to be very reliable back in the good old days, 30 years ago but it seems that quality is a bit down now, according to the Deka shop owner. I guess shops which carry KDK will also say the same thing about Deka.

DEKA product & after sales service sucks. Used less than 6 months, already got problem with the fan.

Call customer support number. Never pick up!

Gotten another number to customer service. They took note of my problems and will arrange someone to come to service my fan.

But a month waiting and calling, never see the technician nose hair. Fking fed up with this DEKA. I'M GOING TO BUY NEW FAN. NEVER BUY DEKA AGAIN!

DEKA SUCKS

The ceiling fan stopped working in less than 12 months. It costs RM100 for Deka to repair (per trip labor charge and replace motherboard). The same stupid fan stopped working now after a few months, and they are demanding the same charges again.

AND of course, it took many many repeated calls to get someone at the Service Centre to pick up the phone

STOPPED BUYING DEKA , IT SUCKS.
