What powerlift oorr? I'm just trying to get in shape .

ANYBODY want the LSUS (Louisiana State University) training template for their hypertrophy, strength, power and competition peaking phases? It's a weightlifting program, but can be adapted for general sports.

judging by the routine you adopt brah, the big "three" (bench,dead,squat), all are targeting power and strength... good job in executing it by the way...
