Anyone can assist me to setup a PPTP server on my mikrotik?
RB750GL.

I'm ok with any type of vpn.
As long as its can enable me to connect to my home network.

Extranet ------- [VPN] ------- Intranet

Of you refer to my earlier post.
I've followed exactly the guide says.
If I try to connect to the pptp via my own network.
It successful, can register ip. But it seems does not sense.

If I use my laptop. Connected to digi broadband. Then try to connect to the pptp. It can't.

Guys, my log being flood by wireless info.

wlan1: data from unknown device XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX, sent deauth

what cause the log to appear? the MAC device is my iMac. Other device so far have not giving me this kind of log.

Although tempting to get the mikrotik router, but the config seems to complicated and not user friendly. Ie to run dyndns need to use script etc. Indeed, it is a powerful router.

Agreed with this statement that is why u have to pay for the support :-) labour isn't free

Hi, anyone know where to get good price for RB751G? Mikrotik website recommended price for distributor is around RM250 but after searching through lowyat net seems all around RM350.. if the market price here all around this figure then I might as well get it from Mikrotik distributor at China TaoBao which only RM270 including shipping.. just the 1 year warranty is more problematic but I believe Mikrotik product is very durable product..

After delete all the firewall, now my router stable. i can feel it much better than the TM's router.

If I screw up the installation the whole office workflow would be halted and I do not want that to happen.

So far the highest perk with hit was 170 concurrent users still not full optimizing the hardware used

Total transfer today 11GB and 6GB was bandwidth saving from our Proxy system :-)

i wan to ask this miktorik firewall rule need to purchase license or not?

i through this mikrotik same as other brand firewall need renew the license every year and limited some rule to run...

i wan ask the routerboard inside date and time how to update daily? now i see inside the date and time all fall back to 1970 =.=.. help...

anyone know this can connect setup with Streamyx PPPOE?

any guide can do ? mean if i connect pppoe i still need set my streamyx modem as bridge mode?
