I've been running 7.10rc1 since 27 May. 3+weeks no problem. Will probably update to 7.10 later today.

In my case, I think access lists were causing my problems.
*) wifiwave2 - fixed connectivity issues wheen access-list is used;

Looks like can finally get the 2nd unit of hapax3 or hapax2.

7.10 5ghz got some improvements

No wonder it was working intermittently. I tried reset and setup again it works for awhile then gone and I finally gave up thinking could be my specific configuration that causing bugs within the software.
Yes it is bound and I got the IPv6 address

olgac4 How's the Chateau 5G? Are you using with 4g or 5g now? Thinking want to get one to use with 5g.
*
Waste of money. 5G not yet mature in Malaysia. Not enought tower for 5G. I got strong 4g signal but poor 5G signal.
5G modem is super hot also. I suggest you wait for 1-2year for 5G to get better spec eqipment from Mikrotik.

Thanks man for the research.  So the CRS is not supporting LACP, only static bonding without any control protocol.
The biggest effort is actually pulling the cable between the floors. I actually don't mind whether it is a copper or fiber, the cost is not that significant (apart from additional cost for the SFP/SFP+). Redundancy is important, that's why I am pulling two cables. I can start with 1G if I want and replace it with a 10G SFP in the future. But yeah, thanks for the input.

1G is useless now. Straight cat8 and it will last like donkey years

Cat8 is insanely hard to terminate, and buying premade means you will always have extra length.

Just get Cat6a and terminate it and it’ll still do 10Gbps
*
It depends on your application. If you are a gamer best of to get premade Cat8. Extra length is better if you know how to
conceal it.

If you want nice and connection cat6a and you are not a gamer then cat6a is the best choice.

But if you want to enjoy internet to the fullest speed and respond cat8 is your bet.

1ms vs 3ms is very big diffrent for gamer.

Cat6A is enough for next 5-10 years. (The standard longevity for standard quality ethernet cable is around 8-10year)
When the time higher speed release for public, the cable is out of tech already.
And Cat8 cable is super thick.

And Remember to test the cable before fully finishing renovation to ensure the cable is okay to be use.
I had bought a short Cat8 Ugreen cable in few years ago,and the cable seems like having some issue, that will flip the speed rate and sudden disconnect and reconnect.

8-10 years you still have not finish your house installment. Time to move out? dig again and change to cat9 or cat 20
