nope.. i sold maybulk some time back.. around 2.7x @skidd It's not a sure thing that Greece will default but they are trying the 'impossible' to not default if they continue to live on Euro dollar. The austerity measure is not practical in the long run and it wont be enough to payback anything including interests. Global slowdown, high unemployment, social unrest and lack of political will only make things worse. Greece can stay in the EU but use their own currency, just like Poland and other EU members. They can survive until Jan 2012 IFF they get the next tranche of 8B Euro bail out money. There'll be a meeting on Oct 3rd to decide on that money IIRC. Do you guys have any counter that doesn't drop much since early Aug till now? I can think of is Reits nia. |
