Connection timeout, try again.

Download the firmware from anywhere else but iTunes and update it by holding shift + left button

My friend keep experiencing exploit failed with limera1n too . Try jailbreaking using another pc or another USB port

Pm terung_kl, he is facing the same problem

Btw try this .

1. Run redsnow .
2. Go to your Task Manager by Ctrl+Alt+Del
3. Go to the process column and locate redsnow .
4. Right click "redsnow" and press set appendix
5. Uncheck CPU 2 and tick CPU 1.
6. Press ok and continue with your jailbreaking .

I'm waiting for iOS 5.1. Jailbreak is nothing if we can't even install the tweaks and the apps . I guess I will just stay unjailbroken and download free apps and work for my paid apps

You can't go to semi-tethered now . Its either untethered or don't jailbreak at all.

Sync from old backup after restore . If you set iPhone as a new phone , your game data would not be synced to the iPhone . I'm not sure whether you can sync it afterwards or not .

If the loading bar is going to finish already it means that your iPhone has been restored . If not it will just pop up an error during the start of the progress . Open up tiny umbrella and press exit recovery mode . You can also use redsnow and press the fix recovery button and follow its instruction .
