Do I need to press hold {Vol -} button on the Plasma TV (not on remote control) while at the same time press {0} button on the remote control 3 times? Please advice.

By the way, is it a need to have full HD plasma? can someone advise on this? just now i managed to see LG 60" plasma - forgotten which model, selling around 3599RM from AEON Big if recall correctly. The Sales person keep mentioned LG still have dual layer to screen, not like pana or samsung...

If you sit 6ft from a 60" tv, then you need a full HD tv.

Does anyone know where's the best/cheapest place to buy P65ST60K? Harvey Norman at RM8399 Anywhere better? I know Legend SS2 is cheaper but I heard it's very dodgy.

I love watching 1080p content nowadays. anything less feels tak puas hati. Have spent rm500 on Blu Ray disc movies so far and loving the PQ of Full HD and 3D. Now resorting to downloading FHD movies. One more thing I noticed about the Samsung TV is that it plays everything I throw at it via a 500gb ext hdd. I even played Avatar.mkv 3D format streaming from my HDD and it ran smoothly. Other movies I downloaded with different sound encoding also run perfectly. Its like the TV has a built in media server compatibility. Well, its my first upgrade from a CRT TV, so feel a bit jakun I suppose

Very interested to know this as well, saw here selling RM 7199 ( Don't like to buy online, prefer brick and mortar shop for electronics ) http://www.lazada.com.my/Panasonic-TH-P65S...-65-438768.html

Try this. Panasonic Plasma Hour Used Checking 1- Hold down V- on the TV and press "Info" or "i" button 3 times on the remote 2- Press 2 to get to SRV-TOOL 3- Press OK to Enter 4- Navigate to Bottom Right Hand Cell using the Directional Buttons on remote 5- Hold Down "Mute" for a Few Seconds and that is it............ used hours and number of times the panel is switched ON will be displayed in the same row. 6- Press "EXIT" for few seconds to come out of this menu (The TV will reboot).
