Karim, Fish is actually very good at the net.
Can see he volley got feel. I think that still Nalby is better on setting up the approach shot but for volleying touch, I'm going for Fish.

He's got good and powerful groundies aswell which makes him more content to stay back. But when he wants, he'll do serve and volley at critical points coz his serve also is much better than Nalby.

Fish is a wasted talent seriously. He should have peaked earlier as he's a much better player than Roddick. When they were together in juniors, everyone looked at Fish and said he's the more talented and better player. I guess hardwork makes up for talent and Roddick proved it!!

I saw the box of it but I can't remember the name of the grips. Lemme ask Ali n see if he does. If can get it cheap, its a good alternative for wpo.

Fish has had one of his best years in 2011 with his reduced weight and his variation of court play.

I remember one match with nadal in the finals which he barely lost was because he threw nadal off his usual rhythm by coming up to the net more to shorten the points. He was absolutely brave and brilliant in setting up those points.

I think Fish has tonnes of potential to continue improving his net game. He is already doing superb also because of his good serves. Very good variation on his service and one thing that volleyers must have is an awesome kick serve which he executes VERY well even during choke points

PKNS, MBPJ, Bangsar, TTWangsa, Jalan Duta.

Have a glance on how USTA develop program for their player. They are very scientific in developing drill and weight training. Weight training is specifically design for specific muscle which being used for specific movement like forehand/one handed backhand. Maybe the LYN can go and buy this book. smile.gif

If nearby Subang area, play more often the better. Last time at my hometown, we used to play alternate 1,3,5. Korek Subang court area, i surely give full commitment.

Ryan, I don't think nobody can say if it's similar to the pro staff 95.
The specs are different and for sure they are using a different mold aswell.
I think what we can expect is that its fine tuned for modern game.
Need to wait for Prae to give us his official review.
Kekkekeke......

Added on October 11, 2011, 1:04 pmKarim the book look great, I think I'll check how much is it at Kino.
By the way, I dun think the grip that CTO gave looks like the one you showed. The pattern is different and the grip is rolled up.

Added on October 11, 2011, 1:06 pmThe book/DVD costs RM92.18.
Quite pricey.

am using yonex's supergrap. it's fine for me. but the trick is to wear wristband as well, you'll be surprised how much sweat from your arms actually ends up in your grip as well.

^ Actually, I play in Court 9 on saturday mornings. my friend / boss stays there. come join us. we haven't played at night for sometime. and definitely this week cannot. damn busy with work. i'm not sure how the booking is for other courts, but for court 9, have to fill up a form and send in / fax in during office hours, so the guard will open the gates.
