Maybe the 95 box beam can wait till price drop only get since there should be lots available.
If new Wilson will be around RM550 a piece man.

Added on September 26, 2011, 11:58 amYa the one TK put picture I think it's confirmed already.
Saw in TW ppl took picture of racquets in display for this pro staff BLX range somewhere.

one thing i noticed in the tournament, almost all the the participants are baseliners.

only a handful who are able to go for winners but majority of the other players relies on opponent's unforced errors to get points. most of the time, it's a war of attrition.

Yeah that's what I noticed too.
I'm also included in waiting for opponents error.
But I think that's normal for recreational players.
So training must try to kill points by coming in or to follow up a good shot.

what you can try doing is to develop a strong forehand that you can use. it may not have to be a winner forehand but it must have enough pace to force a weak return which you can follow up with a winning volley, something like the one-two-punch.

i didn't get to see wilson's game. how does he play kev?

I saw him play in last 16.
Very good kick serve out wide.
If you can return his serve in rally he's very solid.
No real weapon I'd during rally but super consistent and good directional control.
If you can solve the serve and stamina issue for long rallies, I think you're in a fight with him.
Wilson is superfit guy!!
But if you can't solve the serve, you'll be out in a very short time.
Hahahhaa.....

TK so senang KAUTIM you!?!!!! doh.gif  I saw you play with Lutfi that guy is quite fit and run alot also....his ball no pace and he get most of his point from opponent error.........very friendly guy!
First, Raja, how come u know this guy?

And any tips on how to beat this kinda player? My biggest problem is not against hard hitter, but is against soft hitter.
I could not deflect his power by adding my power cox his coming ball has no pace, bounce very high and very slow. I tried to hit harder (cox no pace) it got out, if i hit flatter it will either go into the net or land too short ard service box...

d only wad i did in d match was step backward and just moonball back and I hate this kinda play!!!!

if ball come with pace, easier for me, i will hit my normal shot which can land ard baseline and i can put l or r without much problem, if happen that i can drag my opponent out of the court i will come in to finish with volley...

but now the ball is no pace, high bounce, and slow.... tolong tunjuk ajar pls notworthy.gif notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Tips on how to beat this player is not easy ..........these type of players are called 'pushers'....normally many people look down on these type of players....but to me, these guys are real fighters with very unorthodox hitting or styles, yet they somehow manage to beat people with better looking strokes...the one thing most pushers have in common is iron man fitness, they are prepared to run all day and all night.....they will drop shot, lob, chicken chop the ball anything to throw you off your game.
To win against these players is to play with them and try and learn when to hit a aggressive shot and when to just keep the ball in play......you MUST have good strokes with solid foundation...in order to beat these guys, its also good if you hit a offensive shot and go to the net and try to win the point at the net.

Dunno who Rizal is....but if he is consistent in 'attacking' he will win against most pushers, as they are reaction players, they will react to what you do.....unless you play elite pushers that have laser passing shots...then thats a totally different gameplay.

Raja how cOme u know lufti? Rizal is d best pusher in CTO, I call him santoro d magician.

Thanks for d tip, that was what I tried to do also. Guess is my foundation is bad. I can hit winner if ball come with pace, no pace shot is hard to hit, especially those flooting balls.... That's y make it so hard to attack d net... Nvm, more room to improve. I got his hp n wanna have a rematch....

N maybe I wanna join CTL...
