doctor told me to abstain until it doesn't hurt anymore, should be ok by saturday morning (hopefully!)
am on painkiller now, else everytime i cough/sneeze oso will feel sharp pain. |

The best way to get rid the pain either u eat more "BKT" or else try to visit massage parlour more often to get the pain cure faster
