If make the renewal over the phone on Saturday, will the transaction process on that day itself or wait til next Monday? The reason I ask because MBB Amex is able to get 5% rebate if swipe on the weekends.

you can try to ask the cs to process it on saturday, but they might still process it on coming monday

I just tried last weekend, unfortunately still transaction date on Monday, I guess its a bit of luck involved with the Phone CS knowing what to do with your request.

Had lunch at Kenny Rogers 1Utama today and paid with my AMEX. Even though I've used the card there several times before I asked the staff first before giving my card, just to be safe.
Maybe only the Cyberjaya outlet don't accept AMEX. If you are free maybe you can ask them here: http://www.krr.com.my/v3/contact-us.php?category=contact-us

American Express Platinum Credit Card (silver) and American Express Platinum Credit Card (MB2C Black) has different benefits? Why confuse the customers?

Bar B.Q. Plaza at IOI Puchong and Sun Inns Hotel Puchong don't accept AMEX.

Dynasty Dragons Seafood Restaurant IOI Puchong accept AMEX.

it will not work, inform all of us here if otherwise
you need to call etiqa to buy through phone if you want to use AMEX
