Outback Steakhouse at Bukit Bintang accepts AmEx. Nearly gave away my OCBC Ti, only noticed I had the AmEx with me.

Under 1 year contract of RM 68 smart plan. For Penang, I encountered none of the DiGi authorized reseller accept AMEX. I did this market survey with my friend who wanted to buy HTC One X. The DiGi centre at Beach/Light Street accepts AMEX but not sure if they're going to sell any S2/S3/Note/HTC since they're so called Iphone specialized store centre.  |
