Is the first page merchant list accept AMEX without any processing fees/charges? I'd encounter some tyre shop do accept AMEX BUT charge additional 4% as the processing fees.

Maxis pavilion accept amex... got samsung s3 there, paid with amex on weekends  whole month cannot use amex  |

So now shud use ocbc for dining and petrol. And even my ocbc almost burst this month, in terms of rebate. Have to wait till 12th. Even though iPay88 accepts AMEX, MyDeal specifically chooses not to, a message "This merchant does not accept AMEX" pops out when you try to pay with AMEX.

Is it possible to use credit card to buy mobile prepaid? Petrol station staffs will always insist on cash only for mobile prepaid. Hmm.

Try Tesco, Carrefour, Sen Heng, SenQ
Places who accept CC and AMEX with epay terminal. I used to buy reload cuopon at Tesco. |
