May i know which branch? I tried 3 at Klang all cannot use at the pump. I'm a former esso user recently redeem 3000point now 0 point and i heard rumours that esso wanna change brand name thats why i change brand don't want to use smile card anymore.

If I remember correctly is it the one just before the 90sen toll if you are coming from Subang. I have been using Esso though since they take Amex and have more branches (BHP really hard to find sometimes) so they might have change since then.

Petron is offering to take over Esso, but nothing confirm yet la..

Thanks Echo ,but Shell lousy Bonuslink system use liter instead of Rm. Was told Bhp loyalty E card quite good thats why want to be Bhp permanent customer but too bad cannot use at pump

i think all GSC in Malaysia accept Amex now since they have buy 1 free 1 promotion for their platinum card holders. my friend claimed it at GSC Ipoh Parade too

I have asked Garret Malaysia about this and was told that they do accept CC at the KLCC outlet. Maybe on that day the line was down or something.

You can do it through the phone. They accept AMEX but it may not be processed during the weekends.
