So kind of U to check and "be accurate"
BTW, accurate in the point of time or forever?

eg. UNICEF & WWF - some fellow forumers encountered issues with AMEX, i got it through.
Thus are they or i posting fakes OR truth at the point in time? brows.gif

Be sure to get all the posters to get your verification before posting yar notworthy.gif

Just want to inform you all that ALL Kedai TNB nationwide should be able to accept AMEX for payments over-the-counter.

Officially, they are starting this on 1st May 2013 onwards. This may be why some users complained that they couldn't pay via AMEX over-the-counter while others said they could at certain Kedai TNB.

This 1st May implementation of AMEX payment was clarified by TNB on their Facebook page.

Used my AMEX on Saturday morning to buy a new laptop from Dell online.. but the transaction only kicked-in Monday morning.
Lost the RM50 rebate there. Might as well opted for the 12mths 0% installment.
Sad..

You never read the previous threads..... it's already known that DELL only processes AMEX transaction 3 times a day (9am, 12pm, 4pm) on WEEKDAYS

Hi ronnie,

Is there a place where this info is compiled?

i.e. what days / times Amex transaction occurs

hi all,

i would like to ask a question..last time i redeemed my maybanktreat points at sen heng and i got myself a decent vacuum worth RM450..

so last week i went to sony centre and i ask them what could i redeem with my points there...

and with the same points that i got to redeem the vacuum at sen heng i can only redeem things worth rm350 in sony centre..

so my question is why are they different in terms of counting the worth of the points in different stores?

Coz they are different legal entities and negotiated differently with the bank?

Dude - norm lar, even my SCB cards' points get $100 voucher from
Seng Heng Vs TGIF vs whatever
varies from 60,000 points to 68,000 points for the "same value" of $100.

Transaction date is the date we make the purchase. If you bought the laptop on weekends, means the transaction is on weekends. Eligible for 5% cash back

Let us know if you indeed get 5% (via Maybankard2 AMEX on weekend) for Dell purchases on weekend doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Transaction Date = the date the card is charged/swiped
Dell doesn't work on weekends to charge the AMEX as they do batch processing for AMEX.
